Redesign of Kitchen/Dining/Living area. This space is a large Kitchen/Living/Dining room and my first impression was that the Kitchen completely took over from the Dining/Living space and it was very dark with all the wood and black counter top. Making it more functional for a family of 5 adults was my priority. I completely redesigned this space, ensuring that the functionality was better for everyday living, while ensuring the Living/Dining space was a larger than it was previously. I also needed to leave room for an Office Desk.

The 'Must Have' list was for an American Fridge Freezer, a broom press & a wine rack. Green & Cream tones were decided upon. I thought the dining area was very limited, so a Peninsula Kitchen with a good Bar Counter were key for my design. The cabinetry is Farrow & Ball Cashmere and the Bar Counter is Willow & the walls are Fleetwood Parisian Taupe. The emphasis is spread now to the much more spacious Living/ Dining area, while the kitchen is small, it is still more functional. Painting all the woodwork from Brown to White makes this space much brighter, along with the light toned Karndean flooring throughout. Happy to say my clients were delighted with the finish.
